DEPOSITS are not accepted until you have read and agreed to our agreement and guarantee. By placing your deposit, you understand and agree to our sales agreement, deposit clause and health guarantee.

OUR GUARANTEE:



Our puppies are guaranteed to be in good health and vet checked at the time of sale. He/she has been seen by our veterinarian, inoculated with the first preliminary shots and preventative worming have been administered prior to puppies going to new homes. We offer a 24 month guarantee from date of birth. This guarantees a replacement puppy and this guarantee will be honored after providing proof by a board certified genetic specialist confirming the genetic default that prohibits the dog from living out their lives as your pet. 

We have spent endless hours researching our bloodlines to ensure each puppy is genetically sound and free from clinical signs of debilitating health defects. 

When purchasing a puppy from High Gear Heelers, your dealing does not end when your puppy leaves our home, we offer lifetime breeder support. Never feel that you are alone or have no one to ask for help, We will help and/or advise you in any way we can and are always a phone call away if needed, We care about every single dog that leaves our program and are always happy to assist new owners!

Additionally, We offer day or overnight pet sitting to our clients so if for any reason you need a safe, Heeler friendly place to leave your Puppy/Dog, our doors and kennel are always open.

YOUR GUARANTEE:  

To Ensure your new family member is kept up to date on vaccinations, de-worming and parasite prevention program.

To Ensure your puppy is kept on a quality diet to protect him/her from malnutrition, and health issues.

To Agree to not allow him/her become overweight causing heart issues, and debilitating Hip/Elbow dysplasia defects.

To Agree your new puppy, as a part of your family, is protected from harm, illness, abuse, and malnutrition.

To Agree that breeders (Angel & Andrew Rowat) are given first right of refusal is you are unable to keep him/her for any reason.

To Agree to the Non-Breeding contract. This puppy is not to be used for breeding purposes.

To Ensure your male is not neutered before 18 months and females not spayed until 10 months. You agree to monitor intact dogs closely not allowing them to wander at large or breed.

To agree all training methods to be humane and kind.

Deposits & Price

We do require a $200 deposit to reserve a puppy. Deposits are non-refundable however they are transferable to a later litter for any reason prior to the birth. If there are not enough puppies or your preferred sex/color of puppy is not available, you can choose to defer to a later litter or choose the opposite sex/color instead. The deposit is considered a commitment to your place on our waiting list and guarantees you a puppy within the following two litters. Those who have committed with their deposits will receive email confirmation of the successful breeding, due date, puppy birth announcements and weekly email updates and pictures of puppies up until visitation/pickup day.

Puppies are $1,500 CAD.

After your $200 deposit is paid and your new family member is ready to go from our home to yours, the remaining $1,300 is due in full on puppy pickup day.

Payment plans are available, we know it is a big investment and not all families have the money all at once. However, puppies who's families need to make payments, must remain at High Gear until paid for IN FULL.

SPAY NEUTER AGREEMENT:

Through extensive research, we require all new puppy owners to sign a agreement in where no male puppies be neutered before 18 months and females not before 12 months. Early spay/neuter has medical evidence of being detrimental to the overall health & longevity of dogs. By agreeing to a later Spay/Neuter you are allowing natural growth hormones to develop which are needed for normal healthy development in growing puppies until maturity!
